while the online ordering with whs works fine, when you finish it comes up with a cashback offer. this is evil. it gives the promise of cashback but does not spell out the cost to you, namely that you get a recurring charge to you credit card every month. the only way to get out of it is to contact your bank to get them to block further charges. whs should not be doing this and the presumption is that they get a commission out of it. so if you have gone for the cashback and perhaps not got any cash back from it, have a look at the month on month charges to your card

Exeter main branch closes at the drop of a hat which in turn means city centre main post office has to close. Closed one or two days a week without any notice. No other shop in city closes, everyone else manages. Probably follows the lead of their head office in London who refuse to take any calls, whole support dept closed. How do all other businesses manage? It is just yourselves. Not fit for purpose, deserse to go out of business .. and probably will. Awful!

Difficult to make a complaint to a person..I was told to go on line or email..I eventually got to leave a message with the person on the phone who in turn said she'd pass the message on very strange experience

Whsmith the shop is fine but the post office is what let's it down I know it's not run by whsmith but they should have left it at the top of town.
