Went to one of Cirrus Inns for a meal, which albeit more expensive than many others for " pub" food, it was tasty. We were given a voucher with 25% off for our next visit. This encouraged us to consider eating at one of their pubs again. We called the place we had used before and enquired which company they were under and how to find other pubs of the group. We were told most were London way and other places even further. We explained about the voucher we had and rebooked with them as at 20 miles away, it was the nearest to us. We went for our meal last night and when we went to use the voucher were told we couldnt. Apparently week days only! Why didn't staff who took booking tell us? Well as there are NO T/C on voucher we couldn't see why not. Neither does it state any on website. So we were conned and appears you cant contact the company directly either. Needless to say won't be using again.
