Awful, 1200+ sold items, I was a frequent 'Depop Top 100' seller, recommending the platform, advocating for them and second hand fashion. 5 star reviews across the board from my sales. They have shut down my account, will not reopen it. They have major security flaws within the app so I don't really trust my data was held securely on there. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Sometimes taking fees twice etc and having to refund me so would exercise vigilance with their authorised payments! I would avoid at all costs, use Ebay and Vinted instead.

Absolute joke of a company. They recently partnered with Evri who list ParcelShops where youre meant to be able to get your shipping label printed. None of them can, so unless you like wandering the streets aimlessly going from shop to shop Id avoid this cowboy outfit like the plague. Oh and if you report this to Depop their offer for compensation is derisory.

I sell a few bits on Depop ( clothes I havent worn or dont want anymore) and I am going round in circles with customer service!! Absolutely useless!! I had an issue with a buyer which we resolved ourselves because Depop were no help and now do not believe that i resolved this issue with the buyer. Every time you email you will have a new person emailing back I have never once spoken to the same person, hence why Im going round in circles. Honestly as soon as this is sorted I am deleting my account so over the way they treat their small sellers.

I recently sold an item on Depop and had a terrible experience. After two weeks the buyer requested a return and claimed that the item was inauthentic, I provided receipts and order confirmations to prove that it was indeed authentic. However, Depop still sided with the buyer and demanded that I issue a full refund. To make matters worse, one of their customer support employees accused me of being rude and abusive, which is completely untrue. This same employee then had their colleague block my account, preventing me from using the platform further. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from a company that claims to support its sellers. I attempted to communicate with their customer support team to resolve this issue, but I received no satisfactory response. I feel that my rights as a seller were violated and I was unjustly accused of selling counterfeit goods. As a result, I would not recommend using Depop as a platform to sell items. In my opinion, Depop does not have a fair dispute resolution process and its customer support team is unprofessional and unsupportive of its sellers.
