I would urge anyone using Royal Mail to consider other providers. Unhelpful call centre staff. Posted a birthday card to Dublin at a cost of 10 to with their "Track and Sign" service. Told it would be there in 3 to 4 business days but ten days on still not there. Dreadful service.

Every time I get stuff delivered by royal snail its either late or missing or damaged. Theyve got a cheek to ask for pay rises and put prices up when their service Is stuck back in dark ages compared to other couriers who respect what service they provide. Should privatise this lot as theyre a law unto themselves. Imagine delivering my package as per photos show with nothing in it why not return it to sender as was stated on package. Bring back pigeon post cant be any worse than royal snail
