        just spent far too long listening to their Customer Service music and getting no answer on the online chat on their website. I bought 728 of wine from them on 2 July and it has never been delivered. Thankfully paid by credit card so will now organise a chargeback as they seem impossible to get an answer from. Buyer beware when dealing with them - if I could give 0 not 1 I would.
