        My family have used this agency for some time now. We have had some very good carers from them but also some absolutely diabolical ones too. The staff are difficult to liaise with, communication is appalling. They do not take clients needs seriously enough and fail to handle complaints with respect and efficiency. I am incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Staff definitely need to become more person and client centred as well as compassionate and understanding. This agency has failed in all the above areas in my experience. I just hope this review will save someone from the stress and aggravation that I am currently experiencing with them.

        Went their to work in November and still havent been paid till today. The director is ignoring me and the accounts team are not saying anything about my money. They say Ill be paid in a week, that was 3-4months. Thats just very sad, I want my money. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BE!!!!
