        Not that great, I was doing all the talking And the counsellor asked me questions Never resolved the problem after 6 sessions, I wouldn't recommend. Its NHS cheap counselling which they dont care, dont bother

        I have such bad anxiety and low confidence in everything that's mental health nhs related. This beautiful lady called proceed put me at ease and gave me back some confidence. I felt like she actually understood and wanted to help. Haven't felt like that in a long time
