How do you illicit any reply from Groupon?

I bought a Groupon for a haircut at Icon North Finchley but had to reschedule due to being Ill. The Groupon was marked as redeemed and no one at Groupon helped. The agent in another country didn't seem to be able to read my complaints, many many emails so essentially they just stole 30 from me.
