        The store is very inconsiderate to local resident. You located in an area surrounded by residential buildings. But you have delivery van arrives every morning between 4:30am to 5:40am and this woke me up everytime when I t arrives. Same as your waste collection can. Its rediciouly early and so inconsiderate. I have made complain to your customer service and been told to contact smith news. Then smith news told me to contact WHSmith. Unbelievable how irresponsible you are. And how bad your internal communicates are.

        Bought the items I needed, price was expensive (but that's expected of WHSmith), and had a little trouble getting a bag since there weren't any. If you quickly need school supplies it is ok i guess.
