        today a lazy staff member of indian appearance tried to fob me off that my argos order was not ready for collection when in fact it was. only by insisting and involving another staff member did it finally come out. if not for that this person would have been happy to waste my time and have me come back another day. not impressed.

        They should all go back to training including the manager if not fired. The most disgusting attitude of work ethics I've witnessed, i won't bother explaining the experience just look at other reviews its truthful
