All the essentials. Store is smaller than expected. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Ridiculous staff. Mostly incompetent Asian men - they were being lazy about not giving me my parcel one evening but I stood my ground. One of the staff comes out with a parcel in someone else's name and tries to argue with me! Then went back in again and just took so long. It was clear that he was drunk.. Working a night shift whilst drunk. Unbelievable! Always smelly and wet in there.

Pretty much the Worst Tesco! staff constantly packing and blocking already super narrow aisles all the time with what it seems zero supervision, zero customer service and and worst of all multiple instances of people stealing stuff and getting into fights in the Tesco itself so an extremely unsafe location altogether.

They have a habit of closing the store early. Im sure if upper management found out they would be pretty upset

You should train your employees well. At least customer service! I had a problem with my coupon and the teller told me ( call them, call tesco ) I said you are tesco, she replied ( no call them) and when I asked her to write that my coupon was used but not counted she replied ( that's no sense) seriously! I wonder if I stopped being a customer and others, from where she will get her salary paid! I didn't mention that Tesco has never opened at 6 ! Every morning, I and many customers stand outside for 45 minutes till the teller arrives at 7 ! So change ur working hours or hire responsible employees!
