Unfortunately, the staff here are the reason for this rating. On a number of occasions, I have encountered different rude, unhelpful, patronising and disinterested staff. After giving the shop several chances, enough is enough and I will not be returning. Also, it is sad to read other people's comments on the same discourteous and uncooperative attitude from the staff. The management need to provide serious customer service training!

I love this CO-OP!!!! A great range of fresh produce, with an excellent range of vegan and vegetarian items at good prices. The store is very clean, Nehom and all the team are super helpful. I especially shop here because of this and of course Co-Ops sound environmental and social policies.

3rd biggest COOP in London I think. All the staff are very gentle and friendly. Just only things store heating system is not working properly so store is very cold.
