Co-op Food - Links

This a nice enough coop - big enough for one thing. However the delivery service is deeply unreliable. If you buy a multi-by offer that they can't deliver, they will charge you full price for the bits they can. It is impossible to return the stuff for a refund. Furthermore, I put an order in for delivery 6 days ago. It never appeared... hanging around rather spoiled our evening and my 4 year old was very disappointed. I've been waiting 5 days for a response to my online enquiry. Currently having a lovely time on a phone line constantly telling me that "we've gone online"... yeah....

I use this shop when I come to visit my daughter always a positive experience. I lost my coat yesterday called to see if I had dropped it in the shop the guy who answered the phone was so lovely and helpful, no coat but he really did check for me. Thank you
