Average tesco, wine selection is quite poor. As someone said when it is crowded the queue for the tills are quite confusing. Also they need more staff.

Best place with nice staff... Amit Bhai was Gujarati person with very great helping hand ... All staff helpful with descent behavior...

not good experience here. After shopping, I found that the parking is not free. I tried to pay by card, but the machine doesn't work. I have no coins in my pocket, so I went back to ask the assistant to change coins for me. I have only 20 pounds note, the assistant said they have regulations so she can not change 20 pounds note, but can change 10 or 5 pounds note. I said I have no 5 or 10 pounds note. She said you can shop here then you will get change. I told her I finished shopping just now, and I show her my receipt and stuff. She said she can do nothing for me. Then I went back to buy a cucumber and got changes. After that I told this to the manager, he is very kind. I think for the Tesco superstore, the parking should be free for the customers. Or the staff in the market should try to give support to the customers when they have some troubles.

The new self-serve queues are very confusing to the average person because there are two queues to a single pool of self-serve tills. This causes a lot of stress where customers are unpleasant towards each other, and creates a bad customer experience. Please consider improving this system
