I'm joining the why do they bother accepting parcels group. I had a large and heavy return parcel and eventually found the machine, up in the air so high I couldn't see it. I'm 5ft 6!. Tried scanning the code but repeatedly didn't work. Horrible man behind the counter busy not handing over parcels to a poor lady who was visibly upset by him not handing them over. Busy serving others behind her while on the phone and leaving me to stand there. Eventually came over, grabbed my phone to scan the QR code (like this was beyond a woman) He couldn't get it to work and just waved his arms and said go somewhere else. I had bought a code for this specific shop. What a horrible experience.

if i could give zero stars i would. the young man serving is a very rude, unhelpful man, i was sending an evri parcel, he dismissively said to do it myself at the machine and left me to find the machine/up high on a shelf(!), then it was out of paper after i'd managed to get it to scan, then before replacing the paper, he served customers who'd come in after me, when he did it eventually, he watched me struggle with the machine, then helped me reluctantly after i nearly lost the plot! i thanked him and left but i just want to say this is not a nice person

After being a customer for many years , I came to a conclusion that This shop is the worse in the area . Very rude , and unprofessional. Dont ever get a parcel delivered to that place . Avoid , avoid

Please avoid this shop for dropping off parcels (and just generally, Id say). Awful experience. I followed the Amazon return instructions to the letter, and was refused at the till by the cashier/owner, because they didn't want to honour the process they've signed up for with Evri. Rude cashier and literally not doing his job. Terrible.

My package was delivered to and then stolen from there; the guy at the counter literally shrugged at me. There is no secure location for packages so thieves can go in and help themselves, because the staff do not care either way.
