I popped in today as I had a parcel to send and must say how impressed I was with one of the assistants. He took the time to show me where the cardboard boxes were and explained some technical jargon that I wasnt too sure of. In this day and age, where customer service is going down the pan, its good to see some people still value it. I believe his name was Dan. On a slight negative note, some of the ladies who work there, could take a leaf out of his book. Its as if theyre totally disinterested in exuding any warmth, thus making me feel like an inconvenience.

If you like being spoke too like a piece of S@t go to the post office at the back of this shop, the rudest most unhelpfeul person i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. went in to do a CRB online ID check, and was taken aback by the level of contempt the woman behind the business counter had for, then bassicaly threw my paper work bak at when finished. She should not be dealing with members of the public.
