I choose to have my parcel delivered to them . This is the second time I used them and again they cant trace my parcel . The person at the till thinks the notification from the courier is incorrect, his eyes/system cant see my parcel, so I should come back the following day . There is no system and long list of lame excuses, he will track it (yet he doesnt have any reference from me), he asked if I wanted to search the location and when I said yes , he changed his mind. At beginning he asked the size of the parcel so I said it was a bike helmet and he thinks it will fit under on narrow shelves underneath the till !!! There is no courtesy or inclination to do the job right , they get paid for this service and yet zilch effort is made to help the customer. He said no worry parcel is not lost come tomorrow, I have a life outside parcel collection job. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS NOT TO EITHER . I would give a -ve star if I could . So I will see what the outcome is tomorrow. I had a notification with barcode received several hours earlier.

DO AVOID THIS SHOP. My two encounters with this corner shop were absolutely awful. The first time they lost my important DHL delivery (DHL auto selected this ship as local collection point). The second time I ordered a Covid test kit for pre-departure test. They claimed they have stock in store on the website, but when I went to collect, they keep saying next day or in the afternoon. I visited 3 times, the owner scanned my barcode but gave me a wrong one which I cannot used for travelling at all. A lot of shambles involved in this shop. I seriously doubt its business integrity. If I can give zero star, I would. highly recommend avoid this shop for everyones benefit!

We were suppose to get our Pre depature Test from this store. We got the confirmation to pick it up from the store. We went ther eand the guy there mentioned we do not have it we have only 3 which we already gave out. You have to figure it out by calling the Randox and they will relocate.
