        I just received a text message from Evri to collect my parcel. I was told by a man at Tesco that the printer is broken and therefore I cannot collect my parcel, I said I didn't need to print a return but instead receive the parcel which I was just texted about and the man in the shop started shouting at me in front of everyone... I understand that they have to adhere to a system but no one needs to be shouting at me over this - so unbelievably rude. I don't really know why they offer Evri services anyway, the machine is broken 99% of the time, I never would have ordered it for collection if I knew that the printer being broken meant they wouldn't release my things...

        My parcel was delivered here and I was in hospital when it got there so I could not collect it. When I went there they showed me the parcel but said I was unable to take it because it had passed the date it needed to be collected by! The parcel has my name on and I had ID but still they would not allow me to take it. The lady serving said I can just order it again but the contents are worth 60. I have now been waiting for a refund on this parcel for over 4 weeks because the store has not sent it back to the company as they said they would.
