You know when you've received great service all you want to do is tell everyone about it. I had to despatch an urgent document via DHL and the lady in the store was so helpful! She explained the process, step by step, reassured me I'd done all the correct procedures (DHL customer services were useless!!) and she was so nice! The young gentleman at the till was very friendly too. 10/10 for customer service! Highly recommended!!

Very friendly girl on the til with glasses and a warm demeanour. Most of the cashiers in here are helpful and kind and there is an excellent selection of books and magazines to peruse in the aisles

I had emergency situation today and really need one of product from your shop. Out of stock. Jodie, lovely lady, did outstanding job and help me. Searched magazine for me and looked for other options. Saved my day! Thank You very much!

I come to this store frequently to buy an energy bar. Actually, used to. At that time it was usually quiet (during the week, around 11 a.m.-13:00 p.m.) The store is pretty big, the layout is good and it`s also tidy. It`s easy to find the product you`re looking for because theres sufficient space in between the rowes. Recommended.

The manager was very helpful. She helped us with and issue we had with a previous purchase. She went the extra mile to try and solve the problem.
