When other customers intervened to help out the old lady, she most abruptly told the other customers not to get involved and it was none of their problem
Very sad to see how M&S standards have dropped so badly from once upon a time M&S was known for their customer excellence.
If you are Regional Manager or Head Office Representative reading, don't be surprised if all your regular customers do go elsewhere
I was so shocked to witness what happened to the old lady and how she was traumatised my the behaviour of this particular young Indian M&S staff.
Very shocking. I definitely would not like to see my mum bullied like this.
