Disappointed they didn't have new Vintage Rock magazine when it was meant to be out. There was a delay on this sell-out issue and ended getting last copy in Edgware. This doesn't normally happen though and I received good customer service from WHSmiths

Traditional Smith's with cards, stationery, books, staff member asked if I wanted help with anything. One or two untidy looking crates in one aisle but mostly quite nice and tidy with plenty of choice.

Visited store Friday 17-06-2020 around 10:30am. 2 Stars only because its still on the high street (any less just seems too mean and I really hope you give my review some consideration for your sake), the staff were non existent. Walked in and out with my daughter, purchased a book at the self checkout without a peep from any member of staff. Wasnt even acknowledged to ask if we needed any help by the staff putting stock out behind one of the shelving units. No one at the cash till either. Could have helped myself to everything and walked out unchallenged if I was that way inclined (so those who are looking for a 5 finger discount, I hope this review is helpful, for WH Smith... if you care about your company which lets face it isnt looking good for you guys on the high street, I would have at least another member of staff available if there is only one person doing the stock). This store also has signal jammers (no reception at all), so if you like to price compare on your phone quickly before a purchase, theres no chance. Step outside again to check on your phone if you have to. Having said that, prices are slightly more than online but that will always be the case because of business rates and landlords rent! Quick and convenient for locals. Anyway, all the best for the future to WH Smith.
