        Not a Collect + parcel drop off shop, even though they are advertised as one

        No the people aren't always the friendliest in the world but nothing worse than a little abrupt, and yes they are alllllllways on the phone! But the range of sweets/food/snacks/drinks/booze is very wide and the hermes printer is a godsend, tho frustrating on the times it hasnt worked. To be clear when I asked the shopkeeper today, they close at 10pm - this is not 24hr

        So rude. Told me to leave the baby by the door . When I asked if I could return a Hermes parcel. Just pointed to the end of the counter and said down there. I couldn't scan the barcode and when I asked for help was very rude. It was a woman and she was chatting on the phone the whole time. She told me to leave the shop. I couldn't send my parcel!
