        Staff purposely stops the Evri machine from working (i.e. takes out printing paper) because they dont want to take in additional parcels for the day. Those who are naive to this - if you ask 'is the machine working', they will bluntly say 'no.' and walk away with no explanation. You may have to take several trips instead of what should be a simple errand just to return a parcel

        As others shared in their review, the Evri/ParcelStop is not reliable. Machine was turned off. They should just stop being part of this service.

        Went in to the beaufort tescos today and was absolutely mortified when one of my glass bottles slipped out of my arm and smashed on the floor, i couldnt of apologised enough to one of the shop assistants and offered to pay for it... she was so rude and verbally sharp with me wich upset me a lot i complained to the manager but clearly she needs more customer service training and more manors! i didnt get a name luckily for her
