I run an online business and regularly dispatch from this shop . The Postmaster is always helpful , very quick and cheerful too even when the pressure is on ! The other staff are very helpful and friendly too . This Post Office counter is my preference above all in the area .

I contacted the store about a click and drop service and was informed the Royal Mail collections arrive by 4:30pm, the owner was rude and was waiting on hold on the phone and not willing to assist. I was patient till he finished he call which I find unpleasant! . I arrived by 4:30 the following day and he refused to scan the manifest and wanted me to wait once again when all packages are prepaid for online! It only takes a second to scan a manifest but once again, he wanted to keep me waiting. I agree with the comment below, this old man needs to retire and bring back the young man that made this place delightful to visit.
