I use this store to pick up bits for my elderly mother after work as she cannot get there herself. Lately I have found the majority of the staff very ignorant and more interested in talking about their personal life on the headsets they wear. There is no please or thankyou and no offer of a bag. Just slap the receipt down on the shopping and serve the next customer. One lad didn't hear what I asked for, and instead of saying pardon or sorry I didn't hear you, he just said WHAT.... Customer service is appalling

I do rate Coop as a brand, but this store has been very disappointing lately and has not seemed to understand customers. A customer being disappointed that there are only three baskets shouldn't be shocking to the staff. I have also seen a lot of customers frustated with queues and other issues. Adding to this the prices for even basic items just keep creeping up and are more than other stores such as Sainsbury's and Tesco now.

Regular at this little coop. Staff is friendly and helpful most of the time. I was happy when they introduced the fresh bakery section with croissants, pain au chocolate, bread rolls and so on. One could assume that those items are often eaten for breakfast with coffee or tea. Coming in shortly after opening and on a Sunday and looking forward to a freshly baked croissant made me happy. Big surprise whole section completely empty. I asked a staff member when the goods will be available and guess what, not yet later sometime and walked off. Great customer service I have to say. Nobody needs croissant or bread roll at lunch time huge disappointment.
