Very rude customer service. Usually I don't give negative reviews, but I want the management at co-op to improve. There was an offer of co op family apples for 1, and they placed the offer label just below another brand of apples, and this is sure enough to confuse anyone. In fact, the apples on offer are nowhere in that rack (and not even an empty basket to indicate they have run out of stock) When I asked, the lady was so rude and said, if it is not there, it is not there. I said, if you don't have the apples, why do you confuse people and mis sell ? It is not a question of a few pennies, it is more of an attitude of the stuff.
