M&S Simply Food

Very rude man there today about 8 pm I asked his name its BENJAMIN not only he could not help me with products! But was constantly was Hiding behind magazine section on the phone doing something on the phone , empty shop no atmosphere he was cold and didnt do his job properly when I asked For help , until upset me so much me today , no care for customers at all when I asked for help he said loud !!! LEAVE SHOP OR I CALL POLICE!!!! ONYOU !!!! I felt harassed ! Was shopping there regularly for years NEVER I AGAIN speak with accent 17 FEB 8.20 pm Swiss Cottage

I entered the store with the hood of my jacket up because I had just come from outside and it was cold. The security guard asked me to put the hood down and I obliged. He then proceeded to follow me around the store for the duration of my shopping. I confronted him and he said "I'm just doing my job" to which I replied that he was specifically targeting ME. I have never in my life felt so uncomfortable. I cried when I got home and will never shop at M&S again.

Not good at all for the price of 6 The biscuits at the bottom are hard and inedible..!

Theres not you can say about the food apart from its all top notch even if the fruit and veg are a bit expensive. The best thing about this shop is the service. The people who work there are all friendly and helpful. They remember your face and always say hello which is really appreciated.
