        They are my local DPD delivery shop and they always say theyve given the parcels back to the DPD driver but they are meant to store the parcel for a week so you can collect it. Once I went on the second day and they said they had already sent it back and are also very rude about it. I dont recommend using them.

        Went in to collect parcels, so rude. Never experienced such terrible customer service before. Would have given no stars, but had to give one to write review. Definitely needs to work on his customer service

        Very rude workers. The shop owner most of the times is intoxicated . Lots of suspicious people hunging around in the night time. They also smoke on the back of the shop making the shop smell. My parcel was left once there by the post man and everything smell of the cigarettes. Disquieting people !!!
