        Tried to speak to Mike Horrigan to arrange a structural survey. Initially seemed very pleasant but then when I asked about his qualifications and liability insurance (as they're not listed anywhere online) he informed me that he had them, but was offended that I'd asked. Before I had a chance to ask about timelines he became very abrupt and then hung up on me, so I won't be emailing him for a formal quote as the previous reviewer can also attest!

        Very rude! Started a job and miscalculated, instead of finding a solution Michael decided not to continue as they were to busy!
