Capital Developments built our loft conversion for us with a rear Dormer, ensuite, new stairs and Velux windows. Dan and his team were very professional, they took all the hassle of dealing with the building inspector for us and everything was finished to a really good standard. Nothing seemed too much trouble and Dan was always available for help and advice. The whole project was completed within a really good timescale despite a few late added extras. Dan or his men always turned up when they said they would and most of all we felt we could trust what they were telling us and that we weren't getting overcharged for anything. We'll definitely use Capital in the future and would recommend them to family & friends.

Engaging the services of Capital Developments was the best decision we made when going about the renovation of our property. Dan and his team provided a constantly dependable, honest and professional service, with the added bonus of being really nice guys too! CD&M were recommended to us when we were let down by another builder. They are now our first choice when we need any work doing and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others. Most recently, Dan and his team fitted our bathroom. From the start, Dan helped us with planning, making sure he understood exactly what we wanted and offering suggestions for improvements (for which we are very grateful!). And because we live in an old house with uneven walls and loose plaster the fitting wasn't without challenges - somehow CD&M still managed to get it all done in the time expected and to an excellent finish. We're so pleased with it. We really like that they turn up when they say they will, leave everything tidy when they leave and there are never any surprises in the invoices. They even fed our cats whilst we were away; nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Dan and to all at CD&M.
