I demanded to remove my earlier good review because he gave me the runaround for a month when asked politely to come back and sort out a pyramid shaped hill which rose up in our two rooms doorway area.Then finally came and said he had the same trouble at home, and would come back in a week to fix it at his cost as proper customer service.
When he did not come ,when I complained .He blamed this on CLIMATE CHANGE and dropped us. I have another flooring report confirming he did not leave any expansion gaps on both width edges of one room ,because he wanted to staple the edge cover pieces into the laminate itself!
