SCAMMERS! Bausch + Lomb is a company with a natural procedure for launching its products and then recalling them. They have been doing this for years, promising a refund that never arrives, or it does in a virtual master card (my case) that you find impossible to use. Moreover, it will expire with your money on it! Of course, they won't inform or notify you of these details. In the meantime, one after the other, they are keeping people's money. The perfect scam.

I would love it if someone could actually respond to me regarding the contact lense cleaner that's been recalled. This is the only lense cleaner that actually cleans my rgp lenses and I'm struggling to find a alternative the simplus solution is useless. Is it going to be discontinued permanently or what is actually happening

All I know is I have been using this product for a very long time and today I have just recieved a letter that they are recalling their products from Boots because there is a risk of infection. What the hell is that suppose to even mean? That I can go blind? That your products are made in a dirty factory? TOTALLY AVOID THEIR PRODUCTS. Playing with people and their health!

BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR RECALLED ITEM FOR MONTHS Now constantly being fobbed off with excuses, after much correspondence no satisfaction at all, suddenly latest excuse ' Thank you for registering your products as part of this voluntary recall.I completely understand and apologise again for the hassle and inconvenience but Lot Number ME4957 Simplus 60ml whilst being part of the recall is a Not For Sale item and, as such, not eligible for any sort of refund' despite telling me for months to wait for my refund. Regards. My latest reply 'Can't believe how long this has been going on, was I supposed to give up and go away - NO Way. Not for sale item, promotional product or tester pack. Please tell me where I can get these I certainly haven't come across any, all my purchases have been from respectable retailers. You have already confirmed receiving details of my purchase, your email below addressed to Mrs Mullarkey confirms this. QUOTE 'we have received the image(s) of your product(s) and receipt(s) and have processed this information'. Come on please just deal with the refund I am due now and renew my faith in Bausch+Lomb. UK-Sedgwick-Blrecall who are supposed to be dealing with this are hopeless. What is going on? I am a very long term user of your products - I Just want my refund, how many others are having similar problems?
