Highly Recommend! I was extremely impressed with the highly professional and expert service I received when using this company to secure planning permission for the work to my property and to deal with my party wall agreement. Our consultant provided excellent advice and secured planning permission for work that we did not think we would be able to do under the planning rules. The party wall matters were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am very happy to highly recommend this company.

Specialist in court, negligent in business. The Court found him to be negligent, but because I did not follow the correct complaint process I had to pay his fee. He appears to be expert in negotiating the fee claim process, he has no skill in making a Party Wall Award. He got the dates wrong THREE times, and he produced an Award that would not let me build the actual building, but once he was appointed, I could not get rid of him under the law. YOU MUST AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. He earns his living from knowing how to collect fees, not knowing his job.

The worst decision ever made to take on this 'professional'. He delayed works for ten months by messing around with the other surveyor, then made an award that reduced the height I was permitted to build, and told me I could appeal or take my complaint to a third surveyor. He finally won a partial payment of his fee in court, three years later, as according to law there was no contract for him to be in breach of, as his actions are 'statutory'. Essentially, he ' forgot' conversations, dates when he was appointed etc. I very strongly recommend that you have NOTHING to do with this one man failure band.

Very slow and did not appear to be very knowledgeable. It seems that the longer a party wall surveyor takes the more they can increase their fees.
