I have used RE Planning a number of times over the past 20 years or so for both business and domestic projects. I gave them another business project towards the end of 2020 and the service received thus far is nowhere the level I have been used to from them. Unresponsive, painfully slow and very poor communication! Far too many companies seem to be hanging their hats on Covid-19 for providing poor quality service these days. Surely we all have had more than enough time to adapt to the new way of doing things?
