Dr Soufiani and his team provided me with excellent service. My project included a planning application for a front-extension, a new loft, complete renovation, building regulations, structural calculations and party-wall surveying. They were transparent throughout, providing me with direct and honest advice, I always felt they had my best interests at heart. In particular I was very impressed with the level of detail they went to with the plans to maximise space and headroom. Builders had no problems following their designs. Our recently purchased flat needed some urgent renovation and we found and contacted Dr Soufiani and the team to help provide expert advice and documentation on some of the internal layout changes that we were proposing. They assessed the flat and turned around a superbly detailed report on the internal wall structures and options that were available to us in an extraordinary timeframe.
