Mint Haven Construction

We engaged Mint Haven for an extension to our house in Barnet. Dermot and his team did an incredible job with the build and the extension looks fantastic. Dermot is very friendly and professional in his manner. We were told it would take 12 weeks to build but they had it finished in 11. Keep up the good work. Happy to recommend

We started looking for a builder to help with our extension to our ground floor flat in Crouch End in the summer of 2017. From the very start of the process Dermot, was extremely professional, punctual and friendly to deal with. Unlike some of the other builders we got quote from, he was very thorough, checking measurements and calculations from the structural drawings. This gave us the confidence that he knew exactly what was required and that his quote would be accurate. The experience of working with Dermot and the team, has been a positive one. We have had daily updates with photos of progress and been made aware of any potential issues. Given the nature of building work, things tend to change along the way and Dermot is very good at letting you know what your options are and how to work within the constraints of your budget. The work was finished within a couple weeks of the original schedule and this was due to us requesting some extra work along the way, as well delayed delivery of our kitchen. On this note, he knows a lot of suppliers and is happy to make recommendations. I would happily recommend Mint Haven to anyone looking to do similar work in the area and would happily provide a reference in person.
