On their website and signage they state that they pride themselves on being responsible and considerate builders. Nothing could be further from the truth. We have endured years of excessive noise and dust pollution ( beyond what would be expected of a building site), been showered in red hot sparks and witnessed numerous, dangerous breaches of health and safety regulations. They don't even care for their own workforce. All of the numerous complaints we made to the workmen, the site foreman and eventually Head Office, resulted in verbal abuse or promises but no change. Head Office never even returned our calls.
I feel sympathy for anyone who has this firm working nearby.
This review first appeared under Motacus Builders Merchants who asked that it be removed as they had nothing to do with Motacus Constructions Ltd. I do note however that Companies House lists Marius Motac and Peter ( Petru) Motac as directors of both companies. Draw your own conclusions.
