We had a single story extension built by iDreams. With the kitchen relocated into an open space, utility and shower room added as-well as patio relaid. Gurps the site manager did a great job, from start to finish and delivered the project on time. There were a few hiccups along the way that Gurps resolved and Cham also stepped in to offer solutions. I should also add that the team worked tirelessly to get the job done. They paid close attention to detail to ensure an excellent finish and Gurps also suggested cheaper and better alternatives for example when we were sourcing flooring. The whole team on site were courtesy both in regards to us still being at home at the front of the house and with regards to our neighbours with deliverys/noise etc. We are really happy with the end result! Our project was a loft conversion, side and rear extension. This was the first time we had ever done building project. We had a number of organisations quote is for this work and we appointed iDream Group as our contractor. From the second we met with Cham and throughout our project to completion we received the very best of service. The original quote was competitive compared to other organisations and you recieve a fully itemised contract and schedule of works. In addition to the building works iDreams offer a free design service and have very good relationships within the industry to help with all elements of the build from Kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and fixtures and everything associated with a finished home. As a larger organisation they have a number of teams that work for them so during the build there was always a full team present including skilled trades and you have a dedicated site manager and Project manager managing your contract, who are always contactable. We had additional works that we wanted during the build and iDreams always quoted competitively against the market and as such they did a number of add ons during the project. Our project was delivered on time and in budget. I would not hesitate to recommend iDreams to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and expert contractor We love our home and what iDreams has delivered for us. They have a very personal touch and I would go as far as to say they were very much considered as more than just a builder to all of my family. If we ever had another project to do we would go straight to iDream group.
