I had a small, tricky shaped kitchen in St John's Wood, London to renovate, with numerous Building imposed restrictions, including having to work with the Building's Plumber for certain things. Ikos were fantastic in every way - managing the relationship with the elusive Building's Plumber, making suggestions for problems that cropped up that I hadnt foreseen (and I am located outside London, up North), taking on board changes I thought of late, accommodating delays outside their control caused by the Building restrictions/Building Plumber, and always, always being contactable to take questions (which was really vital for me being located so far from the project). On top of it, they were very professional till the end and beyond (coming back straight away to tidy up some loose ends the tenant spotted after their final invoice was paid). There was none of that fall in interest you normally see when your project is finishing and builders typically have the next one they need to focus on, so you need to chase to get finishing touches complete. I really cant recommend them highly enough and will without doubt be using them for future projects.
