Kings building services have worked on my property on numerous occasions since 2012. During that time they have ensured that my house has been beautifully restored and refurbished. The works they have undertaken have included a loft conversion ( comprising of two bedrooms and an en-suite) and a kitchen extension which incorporated the side return. In addition they have rewired and refloored my entire house. Throughout all the works Errol and his team have been professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them 100% In fact several of my neighbours have used them subsequently. Call them you wont regret it

Had render done it was fine at first. Then small cracks developed. It took ages for them to come back, and then it was badly repaired. It looks terrible, doesn't match the rest of wall. I contacted the Guild of Master Builders to try and resolve the situation, Kings didn't even bother to respond. I recommended them to a friend who had her extension done, the roof is now leaking. Kings haven't bothered to reply to them either. I suppose Kings have bigger fish to fry, and unsatisfied customers are just a annoying inconvenience! I wouldn't recommend them to any one i know ever!
