These guys are crooks. I was charged 80 for an "assessment fee" of my Mac where they determined that because of the age of it they couldn't replace the battery because it was too old. Surely they could've told me that before assessing it when I told them the age of the Mac. What an absolute scam. I took it to another place that charged me 120 for the work - only 40 more than these scammers charged to tell me the computer was too old to do anything with!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. I will be reporting them to trading standards and I encourage everyone who has had similar experiences to do likewise.

Had my MacBook Pro replaced here for water damage. Sent in a top spec 3.1ghz quad core MacBook Pro with Touch Bar - only to be sent back a 1.4ghz MacBook with Touch Bar - a machine that is in no way similar in processing power but also value. The difference in costs between the machine is around 600. So this has essentially been stolen by the company. I called up to enquire about this hoping it would be a mistake and easily fixable. But my god was I wrong. I spoke to a lady on the phone with the worst attitude Ive ever come across, essentially refusing to do anything, saying the swap is final and appropriate and Id have to take it up with my insurer. I spoke to my insurer (Barclays) and they were immediately concerned and took action, launching an investigation immediately. Pending the outcome but Ive been told theyll cash out my device for cost which is fine. Avoid this repair centre like the plague, clearly the techs here know nothing about laptops, only go here if youre fine with being given inadequate replacements, losing money and receiving poor quality service and repairs. I cant even use the new laptop issues to run photoshop / video editing software properly - thats how pathetic the variation is in devices. 0/10. Place should be shut down for fraud and robbery.

Absolutely shocking service. Apple have confirmed there is a fault with iPhone but Argos returned phone to this company and this company reckon its normal. So Apple must be lying !! Maybe a back street company it looks knows more than Apple themselves
