Came in to solve my old iphone 7 battery swelling problem. I sincerely thank to the guy, the phone saves audio of my late grandfather chats to me when he was with us. He passed away early this year suddenly by covid. This 25 pounds, 30 mins worths something that my entire life cannot trade of. Thank you.

Terrible experience with my mac repair. Brought it in as it was not turning on. Their diagnostic was that it needed a new battery. They replaced it for 80 but after just over a month (warranty is 30 days) the battery died. They accepted to change it again free of charge, as they said it was faulty, but requested I pay for the labour another 15. After just over a month the battery died again, and I had barely used the mac duri g that period... I called them to see what they were planning to do, they told me it was probably my fault for using a wrong charger (I did not) and that they would not do anything to fix the issue again, as they are a profit led business, the manager I talked to said..... Also refused to help me recover my files or return my money.. Avoid.
