Went to them to fix my broken macbook 2012 with a faulty hd. They told me exactly what it needed and how much it would cost. 3 days later and I have what feels like a brand new computer, far faster than the one I sent in. Would highly recommend.

Felt compelled to write this as I have just had my laptop back and am very happy with the service provided. The reviews helped me come to a decision to use this place and I hope my review convinces you too. I broke the LCD on my 2019 MacBook pro and called up George and his team to have it fixed. As I live an hour away, George took a deposit, ordered the display and asked me to come on the day it (the new screen) was delivered and have my laptop fixed...I had my laptop fixed within 40 mins and it is now back up and running. Service was incredibly efficient and I got it for half the price that Apple was charging. Even better, my laptop has been replaced with an authentic Apple screen so if I ever needed to go back to Apple, I would not have any problems. I was apprehensive about giving my laptop but immediately felt calm when I walked into the shop and saw the amount of Apple products they deal with as well as seeing how well versed they are in their knowledge of Apple products. I certainly recommend this place and hope they get more recognition than they currently have. Thank you George and Charlie!

I took my old MacBook, which had stopped working for data recovery. When I dropped it off, there was no space for parking in front of the shop, and I couldn't park anywhere else at the time. A staff member came to my car to pick it up, although I don't recall his name. I remember he was very courteous. I am happy with their service. The data was recovered and saved on a hard disk. Also, they answered many questions concerning using the disk, etc., afterwards. Thank you. Update: I'm here again to say how grateful I am to Phil for all his help and advice. After I'd received the external hard drive, I decided to make a copy of it, which I found tricky. I'd never done it before and did a few things wrong. He patiently gave me step-by-step instructions and even checked what I had done wrong. He could have charged me for all this but didn't.
