Avoid at all cost!!! I was charged for repair and parts, when closely inspected it is apparent that no work was ever done, but they still charged me for the repair & new part. My new build PC was also missing parts, when i asked them for MY parts, they say that it must have come in like that. One word for this company "THIEVES" One more word "DISHONOURABLE"

I ordered a stick of RAM and waited a couple of weeks. I didn't get my RAM or receive any correspondence so phoned to see what was going on. The guy who answered didn't ask for any information - he just thanked me for my order and said it had been posted the day before. Fast forward a couple of weeks more and I get a credit note with no explanation - I guess that means the order wasn't posted? I guess they're trying to tell me that they are no longer going to fulfill the order I placed with them? I have since had contact from the company and it turns out that they have been affected by the fact that American Express was hacked. They were very reasonable and apologetic and explained that they weren't actually informed by PayPal that refunds and communication to do with PayPal was being blocked so I guess there's a lesson to be learned there for them but also I now understand why there was a lack of communication with respect to my order and the fact is that, in the main, it wasn't actually Gasteiner's fault.
