Avoid like the plague. They forgot to pick up my Mac - twice! On the third occasion they again failed to pick it up. The owner Guy blamed this on myself and their email systems, bizarre. Went to Purplemac and got absolutely brilliant service (for 100 cheaper too)

Fantastic service! Received extremely informative and helpful email communications regarding my MacBook screen repair. Dropped the laptop off for service and picked it up same time the next day. Extremely impressed with the level of customer interaction and quality of repair - even replaced my top case and bezel because of cracking issues. I wouldn't expect anything less from an Apple Authorised facility. I highly recommend Backstage Services not only for their excellent customer service, but also for their quality of work and great staff!

My Mac was slowly grinding to a halt so I took it to Backstage. The guys quickly identified that I simply needed to re-install the OS and explained to me the best way to do this. They could have fed me a line and taken some money from me but, instead dealt with me honestly - a rarity these days. I'm grateful and will return when invariably faced with other technical issues. The Mac's working fine now!
