        I received a free of charge consultation about what went wrong with my laptop. I was pretty stressed as a previous laptop repair shop was dishonest about their work, and did not fix the problem. Brixton Computers took their time to help me. I am very grateful for their time!

        Sold me a faulty charger that started to smoke and burn plugged in - a terrifyingly dangerous hazard - and refused to return it because he said he wrote on the receipt paper no refund. When I raised that that should only hold up for working products the grown man that works there proceeded to yell at me (girl in her 20s). Horrible horrible experience, big waste of my time and money. Avoid like the plague.
