Have used Shortlands Computing over a number of years for various IT jobs small and large. Robert Shackleton has always been very helpful and professional and efficient and the issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Brilliant service at a reasonable price. Fantastic response to my problems which were sorted out very quickly, even though I live and work in France. Shortlands remotely took control of my PC and solved many issues I was not even aware of at the time. They then recommended upgrades to hard and soft ware that are still applicable today and running safely and securely. My business is entirely web based so having this high level of backup on tap is essential. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Robert has come to our rescue on several occasions and, however busy he is, he always seems to find time to get us up and running. As other reviewers have commented, he is very reasonable in his pricing, and on occasions has offered us advice that has left him out of pocket. This is typical of the man - for he is as courteous as he is clever. Moreover, there is nothing of the computer geek about him. He explains what he is doing in plain English - and is very understanding of our ineptitude. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We have been using Shortlands Computing for a couple of years, to update and maintain our small business computers, and found Robert Shackleton to be extremely proficient in his field. He has helped us extend our business systems from a simple, single laptop to a small network system. Have no problem at all in recommending them for any computer works.
