Nurse Hind was absolutely lovely, I genuinely feel some people are meant to be in the medical field and she is one of them. Its always challenging for anyone conducting my blood tests but she was resilient as well as comforting. Definitely on of the practises best!

Manager never returns calls despite promise to do so. 2 months trying to speak to the manager. The appointment system is ridiculous, and super complicated. In addition, I get bombarded by letters and messages offering nhs services I do not nor request. I wonder if they make money on these I edit here as managers response is incorrect: both of my emails of March 27 and April 30th have been utterly ignored. On March 24th she stood me up for a phone appointment. And the months before I was promised calls that never arrived. Maybe instead of asking me to write, yet a new email she could reply to the previous ones? The irony is that now NHS is an important contributor to my stress levels

They started using same day call only appointment and it takes forever to wait in the queue even though I called 8am in the morning after being rejected one day earlier. The receptionist sounds really impatient and careless over the call and in person. Patients also need to wait a long time in the clinic to see the doctor who is not helpful and only give general advice. Ill need to find a new GP since I feel no respect and care in this clinic. Patients only visit because they need help, but obviously they are not helpful.
