A few years ago, pre-lockdown, this place was great. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, extremely attentive and willing to experiment with different printing methods. On my return the other day, it seemed that the staff had been reduced and had also changed. Unfortunately my experience left a lot to be desired. Maybe I was used to the fantastic level of customer service from a couple years prior but it seems now that there is a great lack in attention to detail plus reluctance from the staff in serving customers at all. The below par service is really not worth the money that I paid for my prints and I would have asked for a refund but it wasn't worth the hassle. Safe to say I shan't be returning again.
