Awful service. (Phoned up beforehand & spoke with a woman) moments after I went in & waited at the front desk for a while with my child in buggy- no acknowledgement or nothing the whole time, even with staff member in full view- This unprofessional guy at a computer with another customer, didn't even have the common courtesy to alert the other member of staff that I was waiting, despite even with my baby getting restless. So I leave, as there's no sign that I would be attended to. I phone again & the same woman says that she is there; upon my query why nobody has helped me or why the guy didn't even get assistance to help me, instead of being happy to ignore me & have me waiting with a restless child with no acknowledgement. Terrible customer service & very rude & unprofessional.

Terrible service Sent him normal pdf to print on in piece of paper Somehow this guy managed to charge me 17 to print 2 normal pdf onto A4 paper and I had to throw it into the rubbish bin Compe
